FAQS

Questions, answered

Everything you need to know before your first visit.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Book online through our contact form, call our front desk, or use the patient portal. Same-day slots are held for urgent concerns, and telehealth visits are usually available within a few hours.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes — we're in-network with most major insurers and will verify your coverage before your visit. Uninsured? We offer fair self-pay rates and flexible payment plans so cost never blocks care.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

A photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications (or the bottles), and any relevant prior records. Arriving 10 minutes early helps us start on time.

How long does a typical appointment last?

Routine visits run 30–45 minutes; first-time consults and procedures may take longer. We schedule generously so you never feel rushed.

Do you offer telemedicine services?

Yes. Follow-ups, medication reviews, minor illnesses, and many consultations can be done by secure video. When an in-person exam is needed, we'll tell you upfront.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for 24 hours' notice so we can offer the slot to another patient. Life happens — if something urgent comes up, just call and we'll happily reschedule.
